Refund Procedure
- Advance payments for orders are not fully refundable. However, if we are unable to deliver the product within the promised time, or if delivery fails due to an issue on our end, the refund will be processed within 3 to 10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase (SSL / MFS / Bank Transfer).
Refund Timeline
- Mobile Financial Services (MFS – bKash, Nagad, Rocket): 3 working days
- Bank Transfer: 3 working days
- SSL Payments: 14 working days
► The refund timeline applies to working days only and excludes weekends and public holidays.
► If the customer has purchased a product directly from our outlet, the item must first be returned through our customer care team after contacting support. Once we receive and inspect the product and determine it eligible for a refund, the refund process will begin.
► For online pickup orders, the refund timeline will start from the order cancellation date.
► For courier-delivered products, the refund process will begin on the day we receive the returned product, inspect it, and verify that it qualifies for a refund.

রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি
১. অর্ডারের জন্য অগ্রিম প্রদত্ত অর্থ সম্পূর্ণরূপে ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। তবে, যদি আমরা নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে ব্যর্থ হই অথবা আমাদের কোনো সমস্যার কারণে পণ্য ডেলিভারি সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া ৩ কার্যদিবস থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
২. রিফান্ড সেই একই পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে প্রদান করা হবে যেভাবে গ্রাহক অর্থ প্রদান করেছেন (SSL / MFS / ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার)।

- মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট): ৩ কার্যদিবস
- ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার: ৩ কার্যদিবস
- SSL পেমেন্ট: ১৪ কার্যদিবস
► রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা শুধুমাত্র কর্মদিবসের জন্য প্রযোজ্য; সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি ও সরকারি ছুটি অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।
► যদি গ্রাহক সরাসরি আউটলেট থেকে পণ্য ক্রয় করেন, তাহলে প্রথমে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে পণ্যটি আমাদের কেয়ার সেন্টারে ফেরত দিতে হবে। আমরা পণ্যটি হাতে পাওয়ার পর পরীক্ষা করে রিফান্ড যোগ্য বিবেচনা করলে, ওই দিন থেকে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।
► অনলাইন পিকআপ অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ডের সময়কাল অর্ডার বাতিলের তারিখ থেকে গণনা করা হবে।
► কুরিয়ার মাধ্যমে প্রাপ্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহক পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে ফেরত দেওয়ার পর এবং আমরা সেটি পরীক্ষা করে রিফান্ড যোগ্য হিসেবে নিশ্চিত করার দিন থেকে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।
নীতি পরিবর্তন
Gadgets Canvas পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় এই রিফান্ড নীতি পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
